I only saw this, not the previous (bigvideo ?) post, however,
here are two thoughts :

Are you sure you have MSFC working ? Could the card have come out or be going bad or something ? Without it, I don't think you have much of a chance.

Could you have had a simplex / duplex or 10 / 100 Mbps
mismatch on your LAN ? (i.e., are you sure that the problem
is not on the LAN ?)

I had to stop this as it hosed our Catalyst 6509/MSFC2 router running native IOS 12.1(19)E1 PIM process was maxing out. Anybody seen similar problems like this with high rate multicast? It looked like it was getting process switched and the multicast state was never making it to the other RPs in my mesh nor off-campus.
