Take your pick of bugs: CSCdw77823, CSCdw30486 and CSCdx73662 were all
reported as likely candidates by the stack trace decoder, and it looks
like the last one in the list is the one that's hitting Alan.
Unfortunately it is not fixed in any released version of IOS :(
