Thanks all for the contacts...  I was trying to find someone who might
be interested in some ideas we have been working on about how to secure 
MSDP (using an SA snooping host and traffic patterns to detect whether 
something like Ramen or worse was happening).  The reason I wanted DREN 
is the project is partially supported by Army Research Office and they 
had indicated DREN as a typical network.
