I can now receive multicasts using RealOne for OS X beta, but there is a 
bug for the SDP files (work-around is below).

You can drop it onto the RealOne Player icon in the dock if you hold down the Command and Option keys at the same time. This forces the Player to accept the file. For a more permanent fix, you can open up the application package by control clicking on it and selecting "Show Package Contents". Open the Contents folder, and edit the info.plist file. You'll see a list of extensions in this file. Add the sdp extension.

A bug has been filed.
