SSM does not require MSDP to work and it is inappropriate to have MSDP SAs for
this range of addresses. Note this was just SA filtering and not multicast
scoping.

I did find it interesting that it recommends using multicast scope for most of
the groups that were included in the SA filters. What do other people think
about that?
