The problem I thought I was having yesterday was caused by having joined
monitors to a bunch of multicast groups. When multicast came on, it started
blasting my box, which is why things looked funny.

Packet loss rates to us (AS 16517), to Canarie and to Uninett Sekretariat
(Trondheim, Norway) at present are zero on the 1.2 Mbps MPEG-1 group.
