--------------------

On-the-I.com will be multicasting the May First Teach-in on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) proposed license fees from the Conflict Arbitration Resolution Panel of the Library of Congress LIVE on May 1, 2002, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, May 1rst. This event is a simulcast from station WOLF-FM in Nashville, Tenn.,
( http://www.wolffm.com/ ) , and should be both informative and educational. The event will be multicast in erasure protected SLAP MP3's, which are backwards compatible with any multicast MP3 audio player.

College webcasters are NOT exempt from the CARP proposed license fees and reporting requirements, so they especially need to join in, as these are expensive and onerous.
