This morning i was fooling around with multicast and I noticed that I couldn't receive the CNN feed from JPL, which I have been able to in the past. In the SDR announcement, the TTL is set to 15.
I'm guessing that with a TTL of 15, most routers are eating this traffic since it locally scoped, right? Shouldn't it be set to > 64 ?
