Starting about Thu Jul 19 15:23:07 EDT 2001 the packet
loss has grown to about 30 %, which does had things to the video. There is no
obvious reason here
why the packet loss suddenly grew so.

Now at Thu Jul 19 15:25:59 EDT 2001 it seems fine again.
