Not really. They are a research group that is separate from a larger company.
Our Gigapop provided them with address space and uses a static route for them
rather than BGP peering to propagate a /27. Also, I want them to be able to
do their own local multicast (i.e. 239/8 type stuff) independent of the
Gigapop, but I need to provide them with external multicast.

I am now trying to find out why their local interface is pruning the local
hosts instead of forwarding their traffic as it should.
