One thing I noticed - on the announcement form -

Broadcast multicast news (I2 related lists: general interest - technical or

^ It's not really clear here what these lists are appropriate for. Should a 
live rock concert go to e2e-interest?
Should open heart surgery go to unisog ? A little explanation might be 
useful, lest everyone just check them all...

Of course, there are more lists than these. I would say, if they know what 
these lists are, they probably belong to them,
so it might make more sense to just have one general button...
