I'm still trying to figure out why connectivity is so bad, but haven't had
much luck beyond troubleshooting my own campus problems. :-(

I did notice we're (Indiana Univ.) sending (or trying to send) a *bunch* of
SA's for 229.55.150.208.   Does anyone happen to know what this group is 
being used for ??
