I found this in the log of my Juniper in Buffalo:

199.109.2.2 is Abilene CLEV. However, no errors on the Juniper newly
installed in NYC, which is connected to NYCM. Buffalo is running JUNOS
4.0, NYCM is 4.2, perhaps there's some difference there. . .
