Looks like your RP doesn't like something about the register packet. You
might
try doing PIM debugging on your RP or try capturing the packet to see what the
RP is choking on. Or maybe Cisco can tell you something based on the trace.

Yep, as I remember this is a bug in JUNOS, we see these errors quite a bit.
