i offered to send out the cisco interface configuration commands that
prevent a cisco router from forming a dvmrp neighbor relationship with
an mrouted on a connected network. here's what we're doing:


   interface FastEthernet0/0/0
    ip dvmrp accept-filter 4 neighbor-list 2
   ...
   ! acl 2 - deny everything
   access-list 2 deny   any
   ! acl 4 - allow everything
   access-list 4 permit any
