Watch out for bug CSCdp61674 (BGP: Multicast prefixes are inserted in IP RIB), which did bite us with IOS 12.0(7)T on our Cisco 7507. Apparently this bug was fixed in IOS 12.1(1)T and later. We ran into another bug with IOS 12.1(2)T ... CSCdr51651 (After reload, secondary address removed from config); which is only a problem if you have secondary addresses and the power on your router ever fails! We are running IOS 12.1(2)T anyway and it seems to be working OK.
