BTW, this is now coming in beautifully at Ames; the quality
of the video production is excellent, and, the broadcast
is coming over Abilene w/ 0% loss.  I am using the same
toolset suggested by Greg Shepherd for NANOG, and, the
setup works well on a Sun Ultra (as long as the underlying
packet loss is almost 0% - MPEG1 seems to be very brittle 
compared to H.261).

There was a complaint about losses, possibly within
NREN, during part of the NANOG broadcast.  If anyone 
saved an mtrace showing the loss, I would appreciate 
it if it could be forwarded to me: I haven't been able 
to reproduce the situation.
