yup. we're seeing similar flapping on several of the abilene routers, 
all GSRs running IOSs ranging from 120(3.7)S7-120(7)S, and with peers 
all over the place from 11.1...CC to various 12S.  has anyone opened a
ticket with cisco?  we're going to; we'll let you know if we learn
anything.  let us know if you learn/see anything that would be relevant.
