Transport protocols and bulk file transfer

Sorry for the lack of notice regarding today's call - you may have heard we 
are having a little excitement in the state of Wisconsin. 

The real problem is that I managed to schedule myself for a class at the call 
time. I had intended to send a note asking if we could find another time but 
did not get that done. 

The easiest thing would be to shift the existing time forward or backward by 
an hour. Would that work for people or do we need to look at more options?
