Transport protocols and bulk file transfer

I have an eye exam tomorrow at that time and will also not be able to 
make the call.  We heard back from the IU NOC about a week ago and they 
are close to completing the Amazon EC2 routing.  The route is to be 
configured on the Phoebus Gateway in New York "real soon now".
