1. Discussion of Phoebus Depot Status
        - Steve reported a problem using the Chicago Depot,
          the hostname may not be resolving to the correct ip,
          a trouble ticket has been created
        - Steve asked about problems building on x86_64 arch,
          Aaron will look at build log
        - Steve asked about building on Mac OS X,
          Phoebus client side has built on OS X in the past
          and should still build but LD_PRELOAD mechanism for
          client wrapper has only a partial analogue on OS X
        - Steve will look at doing the client build on OS X

2. Discussion of Phoebus Deployment
        - there has been some discussion of creating more Phoebus Depots
        - group should work on a requirements document (use cases) to support
          a Phoebus beta service, with a time frame of next summer, this
          is the groups milestone #1, this would support the case for
          community interest in such a service
        - Steve will send pointers to documents from previous Transport Group
        
3. Discussion of Enlarging Working Group Participants
	- Chet will look into likely email lists in which to announce group  
calls, goal
	  is to enlarge group membership with likely potential users of  
Phoebus or
          similar services
        - Martin anticipates making a Phoebus presentation at JointTechs
	- Steve will provide Martin with material for a "last slide"  
describing the
          focus of the group and new meeting time.
        - Chet will finish work on new group web page

4. New Call Time
        - some people have conflicts with the current call time
        - it was agreed to move the call to the 3rd friday of the month at
          1 pm US Eastern
        - Steve will contact Susan to update meeting reservation
