Transport protocols and bulk file transfer

All,

Are folks ready to have a meeting next Thursday? I ask because I have to 
shift other meetings around to attend this call and want to be sure we 
have cause to meet this month before I do the rescheduling. (Note that 
I've setup this call to be a regular 1x/month on the 3rd Thursday event.)

Please reply to the list if you have agenda items we should be addressing.
