Here are my notes from the last phone call. I made some notes at the  
time but I may have omitted something.

Meeting Started at 2:00pm CST

a) Discussed of the original API document relative to the current  
vfer implementation.

b) Discussed the appropriateness of Phoebus/LSL for Chet's purposes.  
Chet is planning on doing some more vfer/udt tests.

c) Discussed reviewing other current transport alternatives that may  
fill in holes in the Design Survey document developed by the working  
group. This will be the agenda for the working group meeting at the  
spring member meeting.


ACTION ITEMS:
1. Steve will sent API document to the list.
