Transport protocols and bulk file transfer

Susan,
  hmmm... the ICCRG (internet congestion control research group)
  is meeting in LosAngeles mon/tue feb. 12/13.
  I have to be there, but was planning to come to joint techs
  sometime wed/thu/fri (easy, since I live in minneapolis).

  Any chance of shifting the Bulk Transport w.g. to later in the week?
  I'm not sure if any other potential bulk-transport attendees will be
  in the same conflict-boat as me, but the two topics are so related,
  that it's certainly possible...
