Transport protocols and bulk file transfer

Folks,
As of now, we have not received any suggestions or questions on the
working document
 "Design space for a Bulk Transport Tool"
(http://transport.internet2.edu/transport-design-space-10.pdf) since the
final call for comments for the document. In the Internet2 transport
group meeting taken place on Sept 19, 2005,  we decided that the document
is finalized. I now formally declare  that the document as appears in the
above link is the final design document for a bulk transport tool.
