Transport protocols and bulk file transfer

During the last meeting of the WG, it was agreed to issue the last
call on the design space document.  The last call will close on May
31,
2005 on 5PM US/Eastern time (a bit more than two weeks from now).

All previously outstanding issues are believed to be addressed in this
version.  Your comments are highly appreciated and integral in
improving the document. Please do send comments to this mailing list
