Review of previous action items

Design space document comments

        Steven read the design document, looks good, will read again
        and send comments if anything comes to mind.

API requirements document, based on 2004-10-29 discussion

        Steven agreed to edit the API document, will read the UDT API
        document for comparison and start thinking about it.

Action items for next call

        * David H.: will investigate licensing terms for UDT.

        * Steven S.: working on an API document outline.

        * Stanislav: will produce a new draft of the design space
          document, taking existing comments into account.

        * All: read the design space document and comment.

        * All: keep eyes open for relevant funding opportunities.
