Mobile Networks and Applications
Track Highlights With the proliferation of smartphones and tablets, and
exploding demand for ubiquitous wireless network connectivity and resources,
the mobile experience has moved to the forefront of how we communicate. This
evolution to a “Mobile First” world represents a profound shift that places
