I am a technical recruiter for a National IT staffing firm.  We are looking for
an IMS / SIP Engineer with first office application experience to be in a role
as a Systems Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina for a long-term, Open contract.
 

They do need someone to start as soon as possible for this position.  The
