SIP in higher education

Option two is what's in the SIP: Beyond VoIP text.  I haven't enabled TLS
either, but I just did build openser-1.0.1-tls.  Once I finish plagiarizing 
your
ser.cfg into mine, and if and when I find a sips capable client I may try 
it:-)
