There are just two days left to apply for Spring VON 2006
scholarships.  This program is open to any faculty, staff, or student
at an Internet2 member university.  Get your application in before
Friday to attend VON--the premiere forum for IP communications
leaders.

In an effort to bring the Internet2 and Voice On the Net (VON)
communities closer together, Internet2 corporate sponsor Pulver.com is
offering a limited number of full "scholarships" to attend the Spring
VON 2006 Conference and Expo (http://www.von.com/).  Spring VON 2006
will take place March 14-17 in San Jose, CA.

All Internet2 university members are invited to apply by submitting a
short statement of interest and a short biographical sketch to

  Neither should exceed 150 words.  The
statement of interest should explain why advanced IP communications
are important to the applicant or his/her institution and the
biographical sketch should be appropriate for a web-based "spotlight"
(e.g. http://www.internet2.edu/pastspotlights.cfm).  All applications
must be received by January 26, 2006.

Each scholarship includes the "Full Conference" VON package;
recipients are responsible for other expenses (e.g. hotel, travel,
dinners).
