SIP in higher education

I get the same error [22817] my guess is that we are both WAY TOO early
since the MeetingPlace meeting is not scheduled to start until 2:00PM
Eastern (...that's 11:00AM Pacific right?) anyway the error I would have
expected was ..."you meeting will begin at...until then we have palced
you in the MeetingPlace Lobby and will conenct you when you meeting
begins."

Now that would be great, or even better that the MeetingPlace installs a
little JavaApp that sits there and waits till my meeting is ready to
start then launches automatically.
