SIP in higher education

As part of Internet2's move to a new building, the default PSTN
numbers for accessing our eDial conferencing server have changed.  The
new numbers are:

Toll Free:      1.866.411.0013 (50 United States Only)
Toll:           1.734.615.7474

These new numbers are operational today and can be used.  The eDial
server has been configured to use these numbers when sending new email
to call participants.  The lines are configured as before such that
the toll free number can be used anywhere in the 50 United States.
International callers must continue to use the toll number.

The alternate 800 number (SIP-terminated by VoEx) will continue to
work after the migration.  That number is 1.800.392.6130 and is now
also included in eDial's default email configuration.
