The Firefox caching issue is still on my TODO list to investigate a bit,
but otherwise the next release is pretty much cooked. In particular, Red
Hat 6ers are encouraged to take a look at the packages and see what I
missed. I've done light testing, nothing extensive yet.

These are of course unofficial, don't use in production, package revision
numbers will change upon release, etc.

One change I made for new installs is to limit /var/log/shibboleth to
user/group access instead of world.

Nothing else very dramatic to see, except for Red Hat 6 of course.
Installing anything from xmltooling up should pull in libcurl-openssl now,
which installs to /opt/shibboleth. I have built directly from upstream, it
seemed silly to use an ancient version if I'm building my own.

I have added a LD_LIBRARY_PATH export to /etc/init.d/shibd when starting
it, commented out except on RH6, and the RPM should uncomment it and point
it at lib or lib64 depending on arch. So if it's right, it should "just
work" now, no conflicts or special steps.

Testing it for that particular problem generally requires a SAML 1 + query
test case.

Report any packaging issues here.
