I'm publishing new builds with the corrected dependency, that should get
the snippet installed. I was overthinking it a bit, trying to allow it to
install with or without Apache, but that would mean doing it in %post, and
then RPM wouldn't control the snippet and I'd have to do much more work.
Not worth it.
