Modifying and rebuilding the source, when I deploy the idp.war, I obtain the
following error in catalina.out:

ERROR [org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoader:215] - Context
initialization failed
org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.BeanDefinitionParsingException:
Configuration problem: Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML
schema namespace [urn:mace:shibboleth:2.0:services]
Offending resource: URL [file:/opt/shibboleth-idp//conf/service.xml]
