 I think the problem is on the SVN master server side at Georgetown. 
Looks like the SWITCH subversion.switch.ch cert changed issuers awhile
back, and the server here didn't have that in its trust list.  I've
fixed that and am rerunning the replication right now.  It has quite a
bit of catching up to do, so might take some time.
