Aha, I missed that thread yes. +1 from me definitely. Makes the login page
much less of a problem both when it comes to upgrading, and for hosting
multiple IdPs with different pages.

My language wasn't particularly clear there - I meant it had to be an option
for people hosting multiple IdPs for different orgs, not that it would be
always be required. I can think of a few use cases where different IdP
instances might share the same auth/attr sources, the schools sector is
definitely one of those.
