description is:

We are looking to augment the shib idp with following four things:
-RBAC
-Messaging about either the user or the SP they are going to
-Rule based filters for the attribute resolver data connectors
-An http/soap/rest based data connector - Used more as a single attribute
connector for true/false/error response to actions.
