Sorry I wasn't on the call, had a family emergency.  Here's my update 
though:

IdP v2.2 snapshot will be going out the door today.  All the changes 
will be included in the announcement and I'll be begging for people to 
test it.

IdP v3.0, discussion have been happening on this list and in addition to 
those topics already posted I have 4-5 more to go.  Some very 
preliminary code checkins have begun already and can be found in the 
java-shib-idp project.  Not a lot there right now, but some.

That's about it.
