I've updated the 2.2 snapshot to fix a couple minor bugs that people
found while testing.  Please proceed with your testing using this update.

NOTE, I have fixed the typo in the shibboleth.CacheManager so if you
were testing with the previous snapshot release, go in to your
internal.xml and change "shibboleth.CacheMaager" to
"shibboleth.CacheManager" (the 'n' was missing in CacheManager).
