shibd is writing the PID in my script. I've changed that when I upgraded
my SPs to 2.2 because it seems to me that most openSUSE init scripts let
the daemon write the PID if it is able to do this. But it probably doesn't
make a difference if startproc or shibd writes the PID file unless shibd
is doing special checks depending on the existence/contents of the file.
