Thanks to a patch from Ferenc Wagner, the shibd code in subversion is
properly putting itself into the background now, and I've corrected the Red
Hat init script to rely on the proper functions to start and stop it.

I still need to look into the Mac plist file, but I wanted to warn people
with their own packages and scripts that 2.2 will be slightly different in
that regard.
