Shibboleth Developers

I believe we have now completed the move to Maven within the Shibboleth 
project (the move was completed in the OpenSAML projects a couple weeks 
ago).  So people checking out the code will need Maven installed in 
order to build the code (and if you're using eclipse you should install 
the maven plugin).

java-shib-dist hasn't been updated yet so if you want to build 
everything from scratch you need to check out all the projects from 
xmltooling up and install them in your local repository.  I'll update 
that tool when I have time.
