You can't mix compilers (I'm assuming you know that part) and as I said
previously, <iostream> is what my copy of FastCGI includes, not iostream.h.
There's a difference, as I also think you know. Maybe your fcgi header is
old.

I also warn you that I have never tested the FastCGI code. Andre donated it,
I ported it, and that's about it. I'll support it, but I have no idea if it
works.
