Shibboleth Developers

Well, if the code is not licensed directly under the Apache 2 license 
it's unlikely the Shibboleth project would be able to adopt it, or 
extend it, as its support Java SP implementation.  I think this is why 
Steven is asking.

So, if this is code that GEANT2 thinks it might want to contribute to 
the Shibboleth project (and I'm not saying that's your intention) this 
would be something to keep in mind.
