Would anyone be willing to submit an example of a custom data connector
for a Shibboleth 1.x IdP?

The instructions on the Wiki consist of only a 4 sentence overview and I
think, if indeed I end up having to write something myself, I would be
much better off with some actual code to look at.  It doesn't have to be
anything elaborate - in fact, a simple skeleton example with good
commenting would be ideal.  I'll take whatever I can get at this point,
though.
