I am trying to get Native Assertions exported into an SP application I have that’s purpose is just to help people debug federation interactions.  It’s not functionally necessary for the federation, but it would be convenient.  The wiki seems to have the methodology for this well documented (good job there):

But I can’t see to get the technique to work.  I get the following error messages in my shibd.log:

Here is a debug message earlier when the session is established and it seems like the IDs are synced:
