If people were following our documentation the change I just checked in for Shib 2 should not break anything.
Before this revision the configuration code was not checking that resolver:AttributeEncoder/@name was set on the SAML 1 and 2 attribute encoders, this has been fixed. If you were not setting these you'll get errors during start up now.
