There's a separate debug/trace log, it's definitely not in the audit log.

I'm pretty sure it's all log4j at this point. If the docs aren't complete,
I'd suggest using a log4j.properties file in tomcat/common/classes, at least
for Tomcat 5.5.12 or thereabouts.
